From La Mar Net we believe it is important that workers in our organization feel fulfilled and satisfied with their work, in a pleasant working environment. Following this philosophy, we have recently carried out a coaching session at our offices for all employees of the company.
For those unfamiliar with the concept of coaching, this refers to a process whereby a coach helps one or a group of people to improve their quality of life, through the development in the personal and professional spheres.
This event, organized by the company Annabel Martbau, was held as a motivator support for the members of the cleaning company. Throughout the session the coach raised different exercises and reflections to encourage the display of personal goals and the way to achieve them. During the 3 hours that the event lasted we exchanged impressions and opinions, strengthening relationships and enjoying a different afternoon.
The conclusion, after applying this methodology for the first time, has been positive for all, as it has contributed to increase the morality and create a positive work environment as well.
